Finger Theater

Your hands put on the show: sock puppets, walkers, shadows.

▶ Play Finger Theater

A little stage with red curtains, and your hands are the actors. Sock Puppets: googly eyes, a mouth that opens with your hand, cookies to chomp. Finger Walkers: two fingers become legs with shoes and a knight, ballerina, astronaut, pirate or cowboy walks on top. Shadow Theater: your hands as shadows on a lit wall: a bunny, a quacking duck, a chirping bird. Hold a thumbs-up for the next act. Works up close too, on a phone or tablet.

How to play

  1. Stand where the camera can see you.
  2. Your hands put on the show: sock puppets, walkers, shadows.
